Daido Moriyama

My second favorite photographer is Daido Moriyama. My aunt collects his books and photography at her home, and I used to read through them and look at his work whenever I would visit her. I don't know how to comment on his work. I guess the reason why I'm a fan of his, is because Moriyama's practice can make you hinge on a simple photograph of his daily activity of trolling the streets in the city by his home. Here are some of his work that I really like.

Writing about photography and admiring it makes me want to take more photos and also be apart of more photos. Photography is so weird if you think about it. The fact a camera can grasp a memory out of thin air and keep it to remember, well that idea makes my head hurt when I say it like that, but it's just such an interesting concept.
